BASIC MODEL OR ENVIRONMENT:

Once you submit a project, a link to a folder for your project will be sent to you. Upload your data and assets there. You will receive your finished project at that same link and will be notified via email. The link will be valid for 30 days after project completion.

Our commitment is to provide exceptional service and ensure satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail and clear communication.

No returns or refunds once a project is submitted and payment is received.

All due diligence will be taken to complete every project and deliver it on time for the price indicated.

If you have questions please email us at vizkeydesigns@gmail.com or book a free 15 minute consultation!

Project inputs from the customer/partner must facilitate the timely completion of the project. Not all project submissions may be accepted. If a project is rejected, the reason why and the necessary changes to allow it to be accepted will be communicated with the rejection notice to the email address included with the project request.

Your model and all final deliverables are your property to use at your discretion royalty free in perpetuity.

No customer information will be sold or shared at any time with any other customer, except that VizKey Designs retains the right to utilize all final deliverables, indefinitely for portfolio and marketing purposes only, no sooner than 6 months after the date of final delivery.
